    ‘Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon’ Unveils Additional Cast, First Promo, Summer 2023 Premiere

    The official website of the television anime adaptation of Akumi Agitogi‘s Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon (My Happy Marriage) light novel unveiled additional cast members, the first promo, and a new visual (pictured) on Monday. The television anime is set to broadcast in July 2023.

    Yoshito Godou: Hiro Shimono (Hataraku Maou-sama!)

    Takehiro Kubota (Id:Invaded assistant director) is directing the television anime at Kinema Citrus. Takehiro Oonishi (22/7 script), Ami Satou (22/7 script), and Momoka Toyoda (Cardfight!! Vanguard: overDress Season 2 assistant series composition) are handling the series composition and script. Sachiko Yasuda (Joshikousei no Mudazukai) is designing the characters. Evan Call (Violet Evergarden) is composing the music.

    Agitogi began penning the historical drama romance novel on the Shousetsuka ni Narou website in 2018. Kadokawa began printing the series with illustrations by Tsukiho Tsukioka in January 2019 and published the sixth volume in July 2022.

    Rito Kousaka began drawing a manga adaptation on the Gangan Online web magazine in December 2018. Square Enix released the fourth volume last November.

    Yen Press licensed the light novel in English in June 2021, and Square Enix licensed the manga in English under its Manga & Books label the following month. The third light novel volume went on sale in November 2022, while the fourth volume is set to release on June 20. The second manga volume was released on January 10.
