Olivia Wilde continues to rep the sheer-dress trend.

On December 15, Wilde attended the global premiere screening of Babylon at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in Los Angeles. She stars in the A-list-heavy ensemble cast of Damien Chazelle’s Old Hollywood drama alongside Margot Robbie, Brad Pitt, Tobey Maguire, and more.

For the red-carpet event, Wilde wore a black Saint Laurent blazer dress with a floral brooch detail and an unexpected sheer ruffled skirt. She paired the look with a simple strappy heels and kept her hair down in loose waves, perhaps going for a Julia Fox eye look

This is the second time this month that Olivia Wilde has added a goth twist to 2022’s biggest red-carpet trend. On December 6, the Don’t Worry Darling director and star attended the 48th People’s Choice Awards in a fully sheer lace Dior gown with a thick leather belt, which she styled over high-waist black briefs.

Wilde has been keeping busy since her split from her former costar and pop-star boyfriend Harry Styles. Earlier in November it was reported that the pair were “taking a break” after dating for about two years. They met on the set of Don’t Worry Darling in October 2020 and were linked romantically by January 2021. “He’s still touring and is now going abroad. She is focusing on her kids and her work in LA. It’s a very amicable decision,” a source originally told People of the split. “They’re still very close friends.”

Later in the month it was reported that Wilde was having a “difficult” time with the breakup. “The break has been difficult for Olivia,” a source told People. “They have had some issues, but Olivia thought they were gonna work through it all. She is disappointed. It’s just a tricky situation, though.”

She looks like she’s doing just fine.
