In case you thought that the rom-com harem series The Quintessential Quintuplets ended with the movie, so did we. However, it looks like the series will take another lap and take us through more stories that will show Uesugi-kun maintaining his relationship with the Nakano sisters.
On Saturday, “The Quintessential Quintuplets Special Event 2023” was held. At the event, it was announced that the franchise will get a new anime project, titled The Quintessential Quintuplets ~.
To commemorate the announcement, a new teaser and a visual were shared.

In the teaser, we get a glimpse of the main characters – Futaro Uesugi, Ichika, Itsuki, Yotsuba, Miku, and Nino. Unfortunately, it does not tell what the new anime will be about.
The staff has revealed that the new anime will adapt the stories that were not adapted in the previous seasons and the movie. More details, including the format, are yet to be revealed.

A new anime announcement is surprising for all of us. I wonder if the new stories will be as amusing as the ones that have been animated. In my opinion, a movie would not be the right format for this. A television anime or a mini-series would be the best.

The Quintessential Quintuplets is a manga created by Negi Haruba in 2017. The manga ended in February 2020 with a total of 14 volumes.
The manga has inspired an anime adaptation titled “The Quintessential Quintuplets” with Season 1 aired in 2019 and Season 2 aired in 2021.
The story revolves around Futaro, a high school student from a low-income family, who receives an appealing offer to work part-time as a tutor…but his students turn out to be girls from his class!
What’s more, they are beautiful quintuplets but happen to be problem students who have poor grades and hate studying!
His first assignment is to win all the sisters’ trust in this rom-com surrounding the five sisters of the Nakano Family.
