Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt were a beautiful married couple. During their wedding ceremony in 2000, nobody would’ve guessed that decades later, their relationship would look much different. Aniston is fair with herself and with the public and has shared her feelings and ideas about Brad.
After their breakup, Jennifer Aniston confessed, “I really do hope that someday we can be friends again. I will love [Brad] for the rest of my life. He’s a fantastic man. I don’t regret any of it, and I’m not going to beat myself up about it.”
Years passed, and it seems like her wish has started to work.
Despite enduring one of the most high-profile splits in Hollywood, Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt remain “buddies” over 15 years later. In 2018, she admitted that her past marriage was actually “very successful” but they chose to be happy outside of their marriage.
Brad Pitt even attended Aniston’s 50th birthday and in 2020 there was their famous reunion during the 26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Award. They had a warm exchange and pure happiness for each other. “Jen was happy for Brad. They congratulated each other and that was it.”
Aniston confirms, “Brad and I are buddies, we’re friends. And we speak and there’s no oddness at all, except for everyone that probably watched it and was wanting there to be, or assumed there to be. We had fun, and it was for a great cause.”
Everyone has their own personal life, and it seems their relationship has always been good. She even “back off” a little because of new Brad’s girlfriend, but that doesn’t seem to have affected their friendship either.
