    BREAKING: Popular YouTuber ‘CJ SO COOL’ Shot Four Times In Home Invasion, Asks For Prayers For His Family

    Popular YouTuberCJ SO COOL” was reportedly shot four times during a home invasion as he and his family slept inside, according to an Instagram post on Thursday.

    The entertainer, whose real name is Cordero James Brady, revealed that the alleged attack happened at 3 a.m. in an Instagram story.

    The star, who boasts a whopping 8.86 million subscribers on YouTube and more than 5 million on Instagram, also posted a graphic photo of him in a hospital bed with a bloody leg.

    “In the hospital, got shot four times in a home invasion at 3 a.m., please keep me and my kids in your prayers. So far, I’m doing okay,” he wrote.

    His girlfriend, Alexis Lohmier, also took to Instagram on Thursday to inform her followers that he is doing well, adding “home invasions are no joke.”

    “Home invasions are no joke,” she said. “Thank you to everyone that’s helping and working on this case.”

    CJ has two twins, Cordayah and Cordero Jr., from a prior relationship.

    On December 31, CJ posted a TikTok with his daughter Cordayah, as the two of them could be seen dancing to a  trending remix of the song “Baby Got Back” by Sir-Mix-A-Lot.

    Fans on social media expressed their astonishment at CJ SO COOL being shot, with one person even noting how “he always talks about how secure his home and neighborhood” are.

    “Omg that boy cj so cool was shot up from an home invasion wtf and it’s even more surprising because he always talks about how secure his home and neighborhood is and how no one can get in that shows you anything can happen nothing is impossible bruh wtf.”

    “Thank God he’s okay,” the commenter added.

    Others offered prayers following the news of the YouTuber being shot.

    “Dear everyone, please pray for CJ So Cool, what happened to him got shot four times at his home invasion and he went to the hospital. Hope he will speedy recovery and I am going to ask the Heaven Father to promise to protect CJ’s life.”

    Unclear If Any Arrests Have Been Made, And YouTuber’s Condition Still Not Currently Known

    In March 2022, CJ posted a video on YouTube revealing he and his family had moved into a new home in Henderson, Nevada, about 15 miles south of Las Vegas.

    The 33-year-old Gary, Indiana native joined YouTube in 2014 and quickly rose to fame with his popular reaction videos and pranks.

    It’s not clear if any arrests have been made, and CJ’s condition was not immediately known as of Thursday afternoon.
